During her master’s degree, Emma Noffsinger focused on the process of collection review. She produced collections review binders and procedures to share with others. She compiled the SAR Guidelines and expanded one bullet point into a ten-page guide. The resulting document is a guide for collections managers. It explains the process and helps them understand the best way to prepare for community collaborations.
Education programs

The Museum of Boulder was to be included in the project, but rising construction costs prevented its inclusion in the project. The Boulder History Museum began operating from the second floor of a school building until 1957.
